You won’t find another place like this. Pro wrestling for kids!!! Amazing experiences, Can’t praise the staff and coaches enough. My daughter has learned to speak on the mic, flip, come off the ropes and met lots of forever friends. She has developed confidence I have always wished for her. The kids shows at the end of camps and seasons are just so fun.

My oldest started over the summer and has lived being in the kids classes as well as wrestling in the two shows they’ve done. The staff is awesome and it’s been a blessing getting to know them. They truly care about the kids’s physical health, development, and structure the classes so the kids are getting the foundation of the business before learning the flashier moves. Can’t recommend The HOC enough!

The HOC is more than just a wrestling school. When my son got a chance to attend one of their kids camps, I had no idea that these people would become such important people in our lives. He’s living out his dream and I’m living out mine just watching him. If you need any other reason to check this place out, know that they put God first in all that they do and they genuinely love their community. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Our UNLIMITED Membership is $74.99/week billed every 28 days and you get access to all our classes (up to 10 a week!). You book your weekly classes so we do not have any "set" class days! We also offer private training options starting at $75/hour or there are private training packages or individual class packages to choose from.
Absolutely! Your child’s first class is on us: no strings attached. Just select the class you'd like to book into for your first class and select "Free Trial Class" when checking out.
Since you book your own class times, you can reschedule at your own convenience! The memberships require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
All of our coaches are background‑checked, CPR/First‑Aid certified, and have pro‑wrestling or youth‑sports coaching experience.
Each session follows a progressive curriculum covering:
-
Fundamental wrestling moves (takedowns, holds, escapes)
-
Ring awareness and safety drills
-
Intro to wrestling psychology and promo skills
-
Strength, agility, and conditioning exercises
-
We supply the wrestling ring and safety headgear (when needed), and knee pads for the first class. Knee pads can be purchased in person or on Amazon. Students just need to wear athletic clothing (T‑shirt, shorts or leggings just nothing too loose) and clean indoor shoes or wrestling shoes.
Safety is our top priority:
-
All staff are CPR/First‑Aid trained
-
We conduct daily equipment inspections and ring safety checks
-
Emergency action plans are in place, with onsite first‑aid kits (including AED) and direct access to 911
-
Sign‑in/out procedures ensure no child leaves without a parent or authorized guardian
-
We do everything in our power to protect their young bodies as much as possible. We teach each individual child how to bump safely, starting with the crash pad and appropriate head gear. We learned that if we do not teach them how, they will do it anyway so we began teaching them the proper technique. And as you should already know, some of the best matches rely on the storytelling not the number of bumps so we limit the amount!
