"Our son went to a kid's camp and had an absolute blast. Everyone was so amazing! Could definitely tell the staff cared about the kids. We will definitely be signing up for more camps and coming to show our support at their student shows! They did amazing working with the kids and getting them ready for their own show. Everyone was just overall so kind!"

  • Absolutely! Your child’s first class is on us: no strings attached. Just select the class you'd like to book into for your first class and select "Free Trial Class" when checking out.

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before class to avoid charges. Missed classes can be made up in any other open session within the same month, subject to space availability.

  • All of our coaches are background‑checked, CPR/First‑Aid certified, and have pro‑wrestling or youth‑sports coaching experience.

  • Each session follows a progressive curriculum covering:

    • Fundamental wrestling moves (takedowns, holds, escapes)

    • Ring awareness and safety drills

    • Intro to wrestling psychology and promo skills

    • Strength, agility, and conditioning exercises

  • We supply the wrestling ring and safety headgear (when needed), and knee pads for the first class. Knee pads can be purchased on Amazon. Students just need to wear athletic clothing (T‑shirt, shorts or leggings just nothing too loose) and clean indoor shoes or wrestling shoes.

    • All staff are CPR/First‑Aid trained

    • We conduct daily equipment inspections and ring safety checks

    • Emergency action plans are in place, with onsite first‑aid kits (including AED) and direct access to 911

    • Sign‑in/out procedures ensure no child leaves without a parent or authorized guardian
