HOC Kids Camp Registration

REFUND POLICY

By enrolling your child in the House of Champions Kids Camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

1. Refunds Prior to 14 Days Before Camp: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee if applicable.

2. No Refunds Within 14 Days of Camp: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of camp are non-refundable. This includes absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.

3. Missed Days: Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed days during the camp session.

4. Camp Cancellations: If the camp is canceled by House of Champions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, acts of nature, or public health restrictions, a credit may be offered toward a future program at the discretion of House of Champions.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By completing this registration form for the House of Champions Kids Camp, I understand and agree that I will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of camp. This waiver will acknowledge and accept any risks associated with camp activities and will release House of Champions, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the program. I acknowledge that my child’s participation in the camp is contingent upon signing this waiver.
