No! The majority of people who take their first place have never stepped foot in a ring. Don't be nervous, you'll be in good company.

A good attitude, willingness to learn, no ego, oh and wear athletic clothing (nothing too loose), athletic shoes, a water bottle, towel, and change of shirt if you sweat through. It gets HOT in the HOC!

Every person is different. It will depend on the amount of time and dedication you put in, how committed you are, and your speed at learning. On average, however, we like to say approximately 1 year from 1st practice to 1st match.

Sorry, we don't allow anybody that isn't a member to partake in the student show unless personally invited by staff.

We are a full-service pro wrestling training center dedicated to our members. Each member not only gets unlimited class (with over 10+ to choose from each week), they also get access to our full fitness center including cold plunge and sauna, personalized coaching hours from each of our six coaches, and networking opportunities to get on shows once green lit. There are much cheaper options than us, but we promise you won't get the dedicated attention and care anywhere else.
